Residents enjoy the convenience of a gated parking garage with parking available from the 2nd through the 6th floors. Each level has direct access to the apartment floors, making it easy to get to and from your apartment home.

Our apartments are not furnished. However, each spacious layout is designed to give you a versatile canvas to showcase your personal style and make it feel like home.

We do not offer corporate housing, and our shortest lease term is 7 months.

Your monthly rent covers the base rental amount for your apartment. In addition, you’ll pay a $25 monthly fee for trash and a $6 monthly fee for pest control. Water and sewer are billed based on usage, as is electricity. If you would like cable and internet, our community is pre-wired for AT&T and Xfinity, which both offer a variety of plans and speeds to fit your needs.

Yes! We offer EV charging stations on every floor of our parking garage for resident use. The first 3 hours of charging are complimentary.

Neighborhood

Morea Apartments sits along North Federal Highway, offering easy access to downtown, beaches, shopping, entertainment, and dining, including Galuppi’s. Nearby neighborhoods include Old Pompano, Outer Pompano Beach / Deerfield Beach, and the Pompano Beach Pier District.

Pompano Beach blends coastal relaxation with modern convenience. Morea offers resort-style amenities, sits one mile from the beach, and provides access to major employers and airports. Apartments include luxury finishes such as polished quartz countertops and 10-foot ceilings.

Nearby attractions include Pompano Beach Pier, Pompano Beach Amphitheater, Pompano Beach Air Park, Harrah’s Pompano Casino, and Top Golf. Employers nearby include Fort Lauderdale International Airport, regional business centers, Holy Cross Hospital, and Broward Medical Center. Fort Lauderdale is less than 10 miles south of Pompano Beach via US-1 and I-95. Residents also have access to the Tri-Rail Pompano Beach Station. Major employers include Fort Lauderdale–Hollywood International Airport, Holy Cross Hospital, Broward Medical Center, and the business districts along the Pompano–Fort Lauderdale corridor.
